Established on April 16, 2021, it was jointly established by Mr. Haoya Matsumoto of Japan and Weihai Shenghua Trading Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of US $3 million. Its predecessor was Weihai Guangchuan Seiko Co., Ltd., which was established in May 2013. Due to the development needs of the company, it was renamed as Shandong Guangchuan Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2021.
